    Development and Application of Water-saved Defogging and Deodorizing Device for Paper Machine Exhaust System

    The technology has been certified by the China National Light Industry Council to reach the international leading level.

    The project studied a proprietary technology that utilizes outdoor natural cooling sources, indirect heat exchange, and multi-stage mixing of cold air. The water-saved defogging and deodorizing device for paper machine exhaust system developed in this project can achieve deodorization, and effectively eliminate white mist, thereby improving the surrounding environment of the workshop and reducing corrosion of the factory equipment.

    This technology features high efficiency, energy-saving, water-saving, environmental friendliness, high automation, easy operation, compact structure, and small footprint. It addresses challenges including difficulty in handling large air volumes, incomplete demisting, high energy consumption, and space limitation. It has been successfully implemented in industries, presenting excellent performance in use, with good economic, social and environmental benefits.

    Development and Application of Comprehensive Recycling Technology for Papermaking Wastes

    The technology has been certified by the China National Light Industry Council to reach the international advanced level.

    The project innovatively developed and integrated advanced technologies such as disc screens, material sorting machines using near-infrared light or visible light, and winnowing machines. It also employed devices such as A-type material sheds and circular pipe belt conveyors for the first time, enabling the efficient separation and resource utilization of papermaking wastes.

    This technology achievement possesses independent intellectual property rights and has obtained two authorized invention patents and one utility model patent. The technology has been successfully applied in industrial areas, facilitating the efficient recycling and resource utilization of plastics, metals, and paper pulp. It has advantages of high resource recovery rate, low carbon emissions, high automation level, and long service life, providing remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits.

    Industrialization of Energy-saved Pulping Technology for Waste Paper and Green Manufacturing with Key Equipment

    The technology has been certified by the China National Light Industry Council to reach the international advanced level.

    The key equipment developed, including SBJ15 continuous dry bale breaker, ZDG400C continuous drum pulper, SSC60/70 super screen, ZNS88 medium-consistency pressurized screen, NLS29 indraft type pressure screen, etc., have the characteristics of low energy consumption and high efficiency, and stable operation.

    The technology innovatively combines the continuous dry bale breaker and the continuous drum pulper, and applies the fluidics for bend pipes in the screening system. It eliminates the need for intermediate pulp tanks, pulp pumps, and agitators, forming a short-process technology with a green manufacturing concept.

    The technology and equipment have been successfully applied in multiple enterprises. For example, the pulp production line of Zhejiang Jinlong Recycled Resources Technology Co., Ltd. uses domestic waste paper as raw material to produce grey board paper according to third-party testing. The production line has a daily production capacity of 1,220 tons of bone dry pulp, with an energy consumption of 70 kWh per ton of pulp and a water consumption of 0.52 ㎡ per ton of pulp. The pulp yield is 88.2%.
